Medical Yoga – Group Class

Join us for a weekend session of medical yoga at Warner Orthopedics and Wellness, led by Peyton Fisher Yoga Company!

Each flow slowly and gently stretches away muscle tension, improves core strength, and develops mindful breathing practices to promote overall calm and wellbeing.

All are welcome, no matter your skillset or experience level.

Refund Policy

All scheduled sessions are non-refundable.

Once you have confirmed your session with Peyton Fisher Yoga Company at Warner Orthopedics & Wellness, you will not be eligible for refund.

Session Length

Each session is an hour and fifteen minutes.

Please confirm your choice of 9-10:15AM and 10:30-11:45AM.

Who Can Book This?

You must be 18 or older to book a yoga session with Peyton Fisher Yoga Company at Warner Orthopedics and Wellness.

What Can I Expect?

Your instructor will introduce the class and begin the flow, guiding you through each movement and taking time to help you achieve the correct form.

* Please arrive 10 minutes early to find your spot and prepare for the beginning of class.

What Happens After My Consultation?

Consistency is key to physical activity and achieving lasting pain relief. We hope that you will continue to join us for medical yoga at Warner Orthopedics & Wellness!

Following your session, you can continue to join us for weekly classes or sign up for our bi-monthly workshops with Dr. Meredith Warner.

These twice-monthly workshops feature both Peyton Fisher Yoga Company and Dr. Meredith Warner.

Peyton will lead each workshop, and Dr. Warner will explain the importance of your movements for relief from chronic pain and ailment.

If you experience pain during your session, Dr. Warner will be available to help you pinpoint your pain and its cause to help you find the most effective means of relief.
